We grow our own organic garden to supply the restaurant with fruit and vegetables.

We install solar panels to reduce emissions and maximise our own consumption.
We buy renewable energy to use surplus energy.
We have introduced LED lighting and automated systems to reduce energy consumption.
We encourage our customers and employees to use water efficiently.
We use natural spring water to irrigate our crops.
We promote environmental awareness campaigns, such as litter picking.
We use recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
We work with local communities to promote sustainable tourism.
We guide tourism managers and businesses towards sustainable practices in protected natural areas.
